Smart Move….To Slow Down on Rewrite

Last week the Frederick Board of County Commissioners made a smart move in postponing proceedings on the new zoning ordinance. I will not disagree that the ordinance needs to be updated (last re-write was in 1977, but it is hard for me to remember since I was only 5).
