The Frederick County Animal Shelter – 1832 Rosemont Ave., Frederick is in need of the following donations:

Purina dog chow and puppy food * Purina One cat and kitten food * any brand food for their food bank. * Pate cat food (any brand) * canned unseasoned plain chicken or low-sodium chicken broth. * small animal food * pet toys * Timothy Hay * Carefresh small animal bedding * unscented, non-clumping litter * Dawn dish detergent * bleach * green scouring pads * sheets (no fitted) * towels (used or new but no holes) * washcloths * bathroom rungs * blankets


Coming in April 2020 – Mid-Maryland Petapalooza Pet Expo
Mid-Maryland Petaplooza is a coalition of non-profit 501(c)3 animal welfare organizations.

We are hosting Mid-Maryland Petaplooza (MMP), a Pet Expo fundraiser that will increase awareness of pet organizations, rescues, and pet related businesses. It will be a fun filled day with the opportunity for animal lovers to view, purchase, and explore animal companies and services in the surrounding area. This will be a wonderful venue to publicize your company while supporting a great cause.”
