Bowl Game Predictions for Bowl Games Through January 2nd 2020
Games on Saturday December 28th:
12:00 PM on ESPN Cotton Bowl Classic #10 Penn State vs. #17 Memphis: 28-24 #17 Memphis Upsets #10 Penn State in what I believe will be a closer game than most college football analysts and fans.
12:00 PM on ABC Camping World Tangerine Bowl: #15 Notre Dame vs. Iowa State: 35-21 Notre Dame Wins over a talented Iowa State squad as expected. However I believe Iowa State will keep it close until the 4th quarter where the Irish will pull away from the Cyclones of Iowa State.
4:00 PM on ESPN Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl: #1 LSU vs. #4 Oklahoma: LSU wins 45-35 over Oklahoma. I believe LSU is immensely talented and my heavy favorite to win the National Championship. Their skills and talent will shine through on both sides of the ball in this game. Despite my high score prediction LSU’s defense will shut down Oklahoma’s offense and Alabama transfer Jalen Hurts enough to pull away in the 2nd half. However the Sooners will make one last push at the end of the game with LSU leading 38-35 and their hopes will be dashed with a late interception thrown by Oklahoma quarterback Jalen Hurts which LSU will turn into a decisive game-winning touchdown.
8:00 PM on ESPN Playstation Fiesta Bowl: #3 Clemson vs. #2 Ohio State: Despite Ohio State’s #2 ranking Clemson will be victorious over the Buckeyes 35-14. Thanks will be given to a dominating defensive performance by the defending National Champion Clemson Tigers against Heisman candidate Ohio State Quarterback Justin Fields. With quarterback Trevor Lawrence, wide receiver Tee Higgins and running back Travis Etienne pacing Clemson’s offensive performance against a talented yet untested Buckeye defensive unit. The Buckeye defense features Heisman Candidate and star linebacker Chase Young who will be stymied by the Tigers strong and steady offensive line.

7:30 PM on ESPN: Alamo Bowl: Texas vs. Utah: 28-24 Utah
Games On Wednesday January 1st 2020:
1:00 PM on ABC: Citrus Bowl: Alabama vs. Michigan 31-28 Michigan will be victorious over an Alabama who missed out on the College Football Playoff after a 10-2 season. I believe this game will be a thriller, however Jim Harbaugh will get the Wolverines a signature bowl victory against the talented Crimson Tide.
5:00 PM on ESPN: 106th Rose Bowl Game: #6 Oregon vs. #8 Wisconsin: 27-20 Wisconsin the Big Ten runner-up will defeat the Pac-12 Champion Oregon Ducks in a thrilling game which will feature a classic last minute drive by the Badgers capped off by a touchdown run by star running back Jonathan Taylor
