Crimes? Aiding, Abetting, Obstruction

Harry M. Covert

For the next few lines, put aside any political zealotry if possible. That means selfish partisanship to be so blunt in order to look at the law. Naturally that may be somewhat impossible in these days.

Realistically in these days, misanthropy is apparently the most popular attitude among current jaundiced politicos, the ins and outs.

Surprisingly, numerous national figures especially the Speaker of the House, HRC, the big loser from 2016 voter,-speak and other “sanctuariests” ought to be hauled into federal courts for aiding, abetting and obstruction of the criminal code. With color pictures. There are other good reasons, too.

What? Good question? Legal eagles active in practice, retired state and federal benchers, plus law enforcers are puzzled. They don’t like any aiding, abetting and obstruction.

How in all that’s Holy, and constitutional, can public endorsement of criminal violations be allowed without penalty?

The most recent blatant criminal allowances is evident as illegals are told to evade, not obey, federal police agents identified as ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement). They are not cold-hearted.

The roundup of illegals ordered by federal judges has been blared to assist violators and harm agents.

Apparently what the general public and obviously the “swampers and swampettes” don’t know and ignore is this: federal agents, local and state of varied agencies are required by statutes to do their duty.

There is no right for anyone to pick which laws they can accept.

Warrants must be served by sworn police, sheriff’s deputies, U.S. Marshals, FBI, bail bondsmen, bounty hunters and a myriad of others. Otherwise they are malfeasant, guilty of official public wrongdoing.

Besides, to be nice, lawmen and law-women, can ring door bells or tap-tap to serve warrants. No answer? They can knock down the doors, front or back, and search closets and under beds.

Law violators may take exception to such privilege. Like it or not, forcible entry is allowed, authorized and popular.

Capital police or other feds should be getting arrest warrants for the likes of Nancy Pelosi, Hillary Clinton, Maxine Waters, California electeds and many other “waywards” endorsing how to escape the law. That would bless good citizens everywhere.

How many illegals and border invaders will be grabbed, handcuffed behind their backs, and carted off to their countries of origin remains to be seen. Undoubtedly there will be lots of tear jerking pictures. Also many official arrests. Napkins please for the socialists masquerading as good Americans.

It is not dastardly to enforce the law of the land. Sometimes it can be unpleasant. Actually, it is most of the time. Criminals are not normally pleasant sorts. The thing is, all people, illegals, including spies and citizens, including those in the Congress, are required to be law abiders, to follow the Constitution. No exceptions.

Aiding and abetting scofflaws, or other offender classes, is felonious. Obstructing law enforcement is also a violation. Check out the jails and prisons.

These subjects are well taught in schools of law and included in all bar examinations. Just inquire of any student, prosecutor, judge or professor of the law.

Time to show the badge. Bang the gavel. Adios. Vaya con dios.
