Praise the Lord, but first, pass the ammunition
I’m going to sincerely be frank, straightforward. At the distinct moment news broke of the abhorrent murders Saturday morning at the Pittsburgh synagogue, my blood boiled. The biggest hater and most disgraceful man in the nation is a supposed religious leader.
Neither prior to – nor since – the synagogue travesty have any political leaders of note dared to condemn Louis Farrakhan. Without a doubt, this man has escaped any excoriation for his bitter rants against Jews and white people.
I grieve along with millions of others when murders are committed against any person at home and abroad.
Minister Farrakhan has long been spewing – without penalty – hate and death to those of Jewish origin and Caucasians. Under our great freedom of speech, this hater is never called down for his despicable words.
Somehow, Farrakhan’s conduct is conveniently ignored. Even traditional Islamic followers don’t accept his sect of Mohammad the Prophet.
Consider these words from Farrakhan:
“The Jews don't like Farrakhan, so they call me Hitler. Well, that's a good name. Hitler was a very great man.”
“White people are potential humans – they haven’t evolved yet.”
The most recent was: “I'm not an anti-Semite. I’m anti-Termite.”
Okay, where are those who oppose such inciting words? Why would any American not take deep exception to such comments? The lame stream cable girls and boys have amnesia. Probably afraid of offending Farrakhan and his destroyers.
It is easier for commentators to enjoy blaming President Donald Trump. Such foolishness is seen through this argument. The voters will know. There is nothing incorrect by putting America and this society first.
World travelers will note the lack of Coca Cola in many Middle Eastern countries. The reason, and it’s not myth, the State of Israel, has bottling plants.
In my world travels, Pakistani doctors once solicited American-made medical supplies and equipment. There were numerous conditions, but first was the requirement that none could be from Jewish suppliers. Prejudice. Assuredly and sickening. And, I may add, none were delivered from this operation.
The Pittsburgh massacre of 11 Jews included injuries to four police officers and two other worshipers.
The shooter was finally captured by police. He was wounded either by his own hand or first responders.
There have been some critics again taking issue with President Trump’s call for the death penalty for Robert Bowers, the shooter we must describe in journalism language as alleged user of an AK-15 type of assault rifle.
The shooter is charged with 29 counts. Hate crimes? Absolutely, capitol crimes. He deserves a firing squad.
All those political figures who hang around Minister Farrakhan, even for the Aretha Franklin ceremonies, should apologize for such cavorting with an evil man.
I’m also not excusing the political hate of such electeds we’ve mentioned previously.
The esteemed Harvard law professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz said it clearly and succinctly:
“Farrakhan is one of the greatest purveyors of anti-Semitic hate… and any liberal who has any positive association with Farrakhan is part of the problem, not part of the solution.”
No argument here.
The legal expert also calls for “zero tolerance” of anti-Semitism. What are we waiting for?
So what’s next? No predictions. I will reiterate, there is nothing wrong with strong security at Houses of Worship. Hire SWAT teams with M-4s, the standard shortened M-16s.
I say, praise the Lord and pass the ammunition.
