As Long as We Remember...

With Sincere Regrets

John P. Snyder

I was again reminded that trusting one's memory can be dangerous, especially when one is, as I am, over one hill and half way up another. My Monday posting contained some errors regarding Terry Adams, who was just nominated for the vacancy on the Frederick County Circuit Court caused by the retirement of Judge Mary Ann Stepler.

I was in error when I suggested that Mrs. Adams supported Norm Usiak in 1998. She didn't. And I overestimated her donation to Sue Hecht by a factor of 10.

I will not budge, however, one inch from my contention that she is a great lady. Furthermore, she will make a terrific judge.
